How can I get a college loan w/o a co-signer?

I'm 22 yrs. old and live with my folks in NJ. My parents have bad credit and therefore are not elligible to be my co-signers. I don't have a friends, neighbors, or other relatives that can help me out. I have a credit score of 630 and just got my first credit card in February, so I have limited credit history. I apparently don't make more than the poverty line in my state to qualify for a loan by myself. I have 3 semesters of college left before I get my bachelor's degree and currently have a 3.8 GPA and I'm a full-time student. It really want to finish so I can make something of my life. I can't afford to move out on my own, and because my parents are technically middle cl, I'm not getting any financial aid breaks. How am I supposed to pay for college? I'm supposed to start 9/8/10 and yet I have yet to find a way to pay for it. Any serious suggestions out there? Does anyone know anyone in my position that managed to get the help they needed? I'm very sad about my situation.
