Im 39 weeks pregnant, my dog is acting strange?

well im due the 17th and these last few days my dog has been acting nuts. she carries a squeaky burger toy everywhere with her and is constantly crying and whining. and she seems to like to be near me and has to be in sight of me. and today i took her for a walk with my husband and when we went to hold hands she stared at our hands and started jumping and barking and jumping up bashing her nose against our hands and trying to jump on us as we walked. it was crazy. shes never done anything like that before. she had a crazy look in her eye, and now shes snuggled up next to me laying with her burger. and also she has been going in her cage that has all her toys in it and sleeps with her burger and stuff. but she never uses her cage that's y we use it as toy storage. im just worried. like she knows something. and im worried about my baby and her. i don't know wats going on. thanks for any help. best wishes to us all.
