that sounds good seems like your doing a good job only thing id change is your breakfast to much sugar cut down to one bar and instead of another bar drink a vitamin water and leave the popsicle out umm what i would try is get like a healthy drink and make popsicles out of them so instead of having a sugary popsicle make ur own and since your going to school i would come home from school walking not running and then later on in the night after dinner id go for a jog/run
