What is the name of that one spaceship game?

Theres this one game that i cant get the name. I played it a couple of years ago.It was a turn based spaceship sorta game. I remember that u had to make a base planet and roam around other planets looking for other raw materials, then u could set up a colony there and regularly obtain materials. u could also go to other galaxies using warp drive. other than that, u had different fleets, which could have different ships of different levels, the highest level being a big moon like ship. u could also customize the ships, like put in warp drive, weapons, batteries, radar jammer, etc. it didnt have real good graphics but its a good game. The name would be appreciated if anyone remembers.
