Who thinks this kid probably won't be ed or disciplined in any way, even after doing...?

In my opinion this is a case of kid growing up to be a murderer. I'm sorry but a 7 year old doing that is terrible and absolutely inexcusable. There's no reason for a child to be acting out in that way, most children love animals and cry when they see one get hurt for one to just stand there throwing them to there death says alot about that child's mindset which is not normal. This is the type of child that should be beaten, I don't think beating someone is alright but I'm an animal lover and to see a child doing this is completely disturbing where were his parents while this was happening? Look up this kid in about twenty years and see how many ppl he's murdered.
