Could I be pregnant plz help?

I have got some pregnancy symptoms but I have still had all my periods altho they have been shorter and lighter than normal. My are sore and heavy (altho i do experience soreness when my period occurs) but this time is is different, also my s have been leaking, one milky and the other green and watery. The pain I experience this time is more uncomftable and painfull than normal. Could I be pregnant?? plz help
