I Need College Help!!!?

It's miy first night at college and I'm already crying. My parents ares till here in town, but IDK what to do. They're telling me to sticki it out for a year but if I stay here any longer than december I will blow my brains out (not literally). IDK what the **** to do. I can tell I'm going to hate it here. I picked this school out, but I'm having serious seoncd thoughts. I need advice now!!! Will I get over this or is it a clear cut sign that I need to transfer???
