Origin of name bovich?

My last name is Lucas. It was changed or shortened when my ancestors first came here from somewhere around Bosnia, Yugoslavia. Some of my relatives have names like, Estanovich, Petrovich and Stankovich. My name was probably something like Lucich. My guess is, Bovich is Slavic or Serbian. Sportscaster Gary Radnich is of the same descent.
