What movie is this...please help!?

Ok it stars Jim Belushi as a pizza restaraunt owner who is aiding the mafia (in New York I think). Eugene Levy is in it, and I also remember that Sammy Davis Jr. had a cameo. I cant find it anywhere! Please Help!
