tell him how you feel about him and let him know you love him, but just say that you're not ready and want to wait a little longer to have a relationship. Tell him you are going to want a relationship sooner or later, make that clear. If he likes you as much as you like him he'll wait until the time is right and you're comfortable with having him as a boyfriend.
