What happens to all the organelles other than DNA during mitosis?
When a cell divides, it goes through IPMAT (Interphase, Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase, [Cytokinesis]) This is the division of the chromosomes/DNA...but what happens to the other organelles? Do they split too? Or does the new cell build new ones with its new DNA?
