If i wanted to go off roading with my 1993 jeep grand cherokee V8 do i need to reenforce the frame etc?

Depends on the offroading you are wanting to do....just off-roads like dirt..then no. If its minor rock crawling, then no. If you are doing some serious crawling then you probably would. But this is a lot of work and if this is what you are planning on doing then you probably wouldn't be asking this question.
