What can I do to look like this (picture), but not like this (picture)?

slowly increase your exercise regime as well as your intake of carbs and proteins, gradually building up to a more intense level. For example, in week one do 50 push ups for five to seven days a week, week two do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups, week three do 100 of each and keep introducing new muscle building activities
