Is that phrase slutty if they are slutty, and I think the new tramp stamp is NOT the lower back , but the upper tiny or medium size hip tattoo...Anyone agree, have any opinions? I ask because my ex exhibits both these traits and she is a and her name is Stephanie, and of course I won't say her last name, but isn't Stephanie a slutty name as well?
