I have a Plymouth Neon 2000, one day it just stop working?

One day from work, my car just stoped working, all the oil spilled as well as the water, though it never heated or marked the oil. now it sounds like it wants to start but it doesnt. it only makes a very loud tap noise, almost the whole car moves. Any suggestions on what it may be?
